Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rental payments
- Rentals are prepaid daily, weekly or monthly.
- Rent already consumed (days a Vehicle was assigned to you) is non-refundable.
- If you cancel before handover, prepaid rent for that period is refundable in full.
- If you return early during a paid cycle, refunds for the unused portion are at the discretion of One Mobility and subject to the rental terms agreed at handover.
Security deposit
- One Mobility does not currently charge a security deposit.
- If a deposit is introduced in future, it will be refundable on return of the Vehicle in acceptable condition, after deduction of outstanding dues, damages, penalties, e-challans, tolls, towing and recovery costs, and processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return, after a challan-clearance window of 30 days (since fines may surface late). It would not cap your liability — where dues exceed it, you remain liable for the balance.
Wallet top-ups
- Wallet balances may be used toward rent and charges.
- Unused balance is refundable on account closure, less any outstanding dues, to the original payment method.
Failed / duplicate payments
- If you are charged but the transaction fails or is duplicated, the amount is auto-reversed by our payment partner, typically within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us.
Chargebacks & KYC rejection
- A chargeback raised after services are rendered does not constitute a refund and remains a recoverable debt; we may contest it and suspend the account.
- Amounts paid before KYC approval are refundable less no verification/processing fee (KYC verification is currently free).
